I was getting lazy in the gym after years of working out. I'd go but no matter how much exercise knowledge I had I'd end up doing the same things over and over. I used fitness magazines to discover new exercises, workouts, and motivation. The magazines were great but even after studying photos and decent written instructions I was uninspired. I got to thinking If I had someone telling me exactly what to do in the gym, I'd spend less exercise time trying to figure it out and more time working out harder!

Incidentally, I'm the creator and developer of iWeeve™. I've spent the better half of two decades as a certified fitness professional, actively helping clients with weight loss and fitness.I developed iWeeve™ to help me exercise and continue exercising. I've been into working out since my parents enrolled me into gymnastics classes as a little girl. Since then I would say I've been a "cardio Queen". I'm celebrating my 50th birthday this year and I'm in the best shape of my life doing it! "Using the iWeeve playlists has truly transformed my fitness experience. I sat down with my iTunes music library to complete my Need A Core Workout iWeeve playlist& and that was fun! I got into listening to new songs and rediscovering music I love which actually made me eager to go workout!

When Russell first approached me with the concept of iWeeve I thought it was a neat idea. Even though I always use music in the spin and yoga classes I instruct, I rarely use music when I'm training on my own. So, I invested in one iWeeve playlist to determine whether the concept was more than just a neat idea. I wanted to see if it worked for me. It did!

The reality of "drag-and-drop" not only with iWeeve instructions, but also with the music that I like, was as easy as the concept sounded. After selecting the iWeeve playlist and then selecting my music, I was now ready to do the workout.

From my iPod menu I selected my iWeeve playlist, which was the easy part. Then I listened to and did the workout, which was the hard part. I have a varied routine when I work out - I like to mix it up. I found the iWeeve workout I selected provided a different workout than the routines I usually made up. Additionally, I didn't have to think about what I was going to do, and as an added bonus I did my workout with music. It was a great experience!

With all the organizing that we do...or not, this was an easy and fun way to organize my workout. I liked the addition of my music to the workout and I feel very comfortable recommending this product to anyone.

I appreciate my trainer being with me wherever I go and how simple it is to put my workout together. I am a stay at home mother to two gorgeous, athletic, VERY busy, young boys. It is imperative to me to set a good example for my family. Working out, being fit, and leading a healthy lifestyle is a life skill I want to give them.

My iWeeve playlists are an essential tool in allowing me to meet this goal. It is often difficult to find time to get to a gym or have one on one time with my personal trainer.
